The apartments are clean and comfortable. Everything matches the photos. Renovation is very new, nice to stay. In fact, there are few such apartments in Sochi. Booking was confirmed quickly.

The hallway is also very clean. We settled and met on the 1st floor at the time we asked :) Thanks to Diana and her team for a good meeting. They cleaned every day when you put up a cleaning sign. Towels were changed 2 times in 4 days.

There is air conditioning, TV, iron, ironing board, everything you need for cooking, a small balcony, soap, shower gel in small bags.

The place is very stylish and spacious. They cleaned without a reminder, mattress and pillows are comfortable, snow-white linen, good dishes, parking.

There ara everything you need in the room: stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. Everything is "fresh". The bathroom has underfloor heating, and the water is always hot.

The location is very convenient. To the railway station 10 minutes on foot, taxi 100 rubles. Nearby shops and network, and with products of local production.

Special thanks to the staff 🤗 there were no domestic problems, because everything is on the level. And special requests were resolved with sincere participation.

Everything is new, it was a pleasure to return to the apartment. The building has an elevator, Wi-Fi, two TVs with Smart TV, bottled drinking water (0.5 liters per person per day), tea and coffee bags, toiletries, kitchen detergents - everything was available. very nice administrators and maids - special thanks to them

Our stay at Grey House as part of a short trip was very comfortable. Upon request we were settled much earlier, which is very nice! We were greeted by helpful staff warmly and very polite. The property is 100% consistent with the description! There are no comments, just gratitude and appreciation. Everything is new, fresh, clean and well-groomed 👍🏼 we can’t say anything specifically about the convenience of the location, becouse we moved mainly by taxi. We chose to be close to the train station. Very pleased! Success and prosperity 🌸

I stay here not the first time and as always everything is at the level of a good hotel. New furniture, very clean, the staff is beyond praise.

They remember you, they know your habits and you don't have to ask for anything on a new arrival - everything is already in the room - the necessary glasses, dishes, flower vases.

This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in! Simply bravo: clean (and believe me, when I say clean, it means really clean), all the amenities and necessary little things (up to the capsule for the washing machine), air conditioners in every room (quietly working), two balconies, bathrobes, slippers, and even cutlery in the kitchen laid out in feng shui! Cleaning every day! The location is very good - airport, railway station in 15 minutes. and of course, special thanks to the staff and administrators, who immediately go to meet the guests without any problems. We will be back, we will definitely be back (by the way, this time we returned a day later 😁)! Thanks a lot! 🙏
